Ingredients

Avocado Powder - 15 g
Mango Powder - 15 g

Creamer - 20 g
Fructose – 0.8 oz
Hot Water - 80 ml
Ice Cube - 300 g


Preparation

1.Add 15 g of avocado powder, 10 g of creamer and 0.4 oz of fructose and 40 g hot water and 150 g of ice cubes into a blender and blend together till smooth.

2.Pour the smoothie into the serving cup.
3.And prepare mango smoothie as the way to prepare the avocado smoothie.

4.Pour mango smoothie layer on the avocado smoothie.

5.Stir well and enjoy!
