Floral smell of lychee syrup bring up the freshness of a simple oolong tea.
Lychee Syrup - Pulp - 1 oz
Oolong Tea - 275 ml
Ice Cubes - 320 g
Lychee Jelly - 30 g
1. Pour 275 ml of brewed oolong tea, 1 oz of lychee syrup and 320 g of ice cubes in the shaker.
2. Seal the shaker and mix it evenly, then pour the tea into your cup. 3. Top with lychee jelly and lychee meat for garnish.
4. Stir well and enjoy!
