About the Recipe

Honeydew flavor juice top with thick crema foam, You can stir the drink and taste two different styles.


Honeydew Syrup - 1.5 oz
Fructose - 0.5 oz
Temperature Water - 350 ml
Base Crema- 20 g
Ice Cube - 300 g
Pure Matcha Powder - 5g


  1. Blend 20 g of base crema powder with 100 ml of water (ratio 1:5) for later.

  2. Add 1.5oz of honeydew syrup, 0.5 oz of fructose, 250 ml of temperature water and 300 g of ice cubes into a shaker.

  3.  Seal the shaker and mix it evenly, and pour the honeydew juice in your cup.

  4. Top with crema foam and sprinkle some matcha powder on the surface, you can cut a paper shamrock for festival needs.

  5. Stir well and enjoy!
