About the Recipe
This blend of matcha green tea and pinky strawberry milk, create a lovely layered look and great flavor.
Matcha Powder-Shizuoka - 4 g
Hot Water - 80 ml
Strawberry Syrup - 1 oz
Milk - 200 ml
Ice Cubes - 6 oz
Fructose - 0.2 oz
Mix strawberry syrup and fructose with 100 ml milk evenly.
Pour strawberry milk into the cup and add ice cubes.
Gently pour the rest milk to the cup.
Stir matcha powder with 50 ml hot water and pour it on top.
Stir well and enjoy your drink!
