Ingredients

  • Four Seasons oolong tea leaves - 5g

  • Watermelon syrup - 1.5oz

  • Fructose - 0.3oz

  • Ice Cubes - 280g

  • Lemon Juice - 5ml (optional)

  • Mint for garnish

Preparation

  1. Prepare cold brew Oolong tea for 250ml.

  2. Add 280g ice cubes into a shaker.

  3. Add Watermelon syrup and Fructose.

  4. Pour 250g of Oolong tea in the shaker.

  5. Seal the shaker and mix it evenly.

  6. Stir in some lemon juice and top with mint if you like.

  7. Enjoy the drink!
